In this digital scrapbooking tutorial we will create a simple digital scrapbook page using Adobe Photoshop Elements. For our first page I am going to keep things simple. This page will only contain one picture, two papers and an embellishment or page title. I am using supplies for our basic starter kits. You can download the exact elements I use for my page here or you can use any other elements you like.
